She/Her  What's this?   Aynsley completed her undergraduate physiotherapy degree in Glasgow and in 2011 completed a PhD examining effects of home- versus centre-based exercise training in heart failure. She is a consultant physiotherapist in cardiology within NHS Ayrshire and Arran, and in this role she is involved in delivering and leading a variety of research projects.  Aynsley also works as BACPR education and training lead, and she recently led a BACPR project to identify research priorities within the field of cardiovascular prevention and rehabilitation.
